October report

October started off with some great catches of bass upto 8lb with some decent hounds several into double figures,as the month has gone on the hounds are now starting to thin out just a few smaller fish each trip a few nice gurnard and half a dozen strap conger keeping the anglers intrested between the bass Fishing.

Now at the end of October the bass Fishing is still there but only for short periods of the tide hound fishing has realy dropped off now and no sign as yet of the whitings and dabs but that could change literally over night one thing that has been realy disappointing this year is the lack of skate fingers crossed this is a one off as they can be a god send through the tougher months.

We're coming to the end of the year now just half a dozen trips left till Xmas when the boat will be taken out of the water for its annual refit returning back to work for 1st March.
